Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver . I am really learning a lot from this book. Another book that should be required reading for everyone, in my opinion.
It's getting cold here where we live. I'm trying to hold off on using the heater for as long as possible. We're loving our low gas/electric bill right now. We put aside some money into our savings account for the next birth. Now I'm trying to find ways to lower our spending so that the money will actually stay in our savings.
