j's Half-Birthday - April 4th

Here's the "big boy."

He wasn't very interested in the avocado. We gave him a huge piece to chew on/take bites from, and I also tried to spoon feed him a small mashed up piece. He did get some in his mouth, but he didn't seem to like it.

Today I mashed some avocado up and mixed it with some pumped breastmilk. He was happy to take a few spoonfuls, and then he was done. He also got his first sip of water today!

In a few days we'll try some butternut squash.
