In October we borrowed a lot of Halloween and Fall-themed books from the library. One of M's favorites was Pumpkin Jack. It's the story of a boy watching his jack-o-lantern decomposing. So I decided we'd watch our own jack-o-lanterns decompose and take pictures to document the process. I don't take a picture every day - just when I have the time and the camera is handy. The kids love going out every morning to see how their pumpkins have changed.
