What We Did With Our Wonderfully Sunny Day

The broccoli we harvested the other day was used by J to make a yummy broccoli soup.  I harvested a bunch of the side shoots (below) today for dinner.  And we had collard greens from our garden last night.  Yum!

 I was hoping to get a good picture of the water droplets on this leaf.  It was so beautiful, but alas, I was not able to capture it.

 We pulled two bucketfuls of weeds in the back and front yards and raked leaves in the front.

 We took a bike ride to see the animals at some farms near our house.

And we played at the park.  Both of the kids are becoming brave little monkeys!

 It was a beautiful day.
